Slow and steady is absolutely the best way to make changes and create new habits!
Trying to take giant action steps towards your goals usually leaves you
frustrated and defeated causing you to give up and quit.
When you take smaller steps towards your goals you experience
more success in the long run while feeling empowered and accomplished along the way.
