What an exciting last few months for Purposeful Life Coaching! The fairies of the universe keep showing up and bringing into my life so many amazing experiences and opportunities. And through those experiences I’m meeting wonderful people. Nancy Duffy from InRetro Radio is one of them. (Nancy, and the fabulous Houida Kassem, were the organizers of the Women in the City Expo I did a few months ago.)
When you meet people that you connect well with and share a similar vision with you can impact the lives of others on a larger scale than if you did it alone. I love connecting with like minded people who have passion for life and are living their days from a place of purpose.

I learned something about myself today
Actually, I learned two things. The first is that through years of practicing being present and connected to myself I’m really getting the hang of it. I had some things come into my personal experience today that were in direct opposition to my visions and dreams. And I felt it! For a very brief moment I got a bit caught up in my head with what was going on. It didn’t take me long to get out of my head and into my true self. Through years of practice, returning to my centre and connecting with how I feel comes much easier now. (more…)
